The train station is surprisingly small considering how busy it can get and how popular Como is. You're really only going to see a few rail options outside a small interior. There are some basic amenities here like a ticket stand, convenience store, and toilet. Prices into this station are thankfully cheap but expect the trains to get full fast and be fairly busy, especially on weekends.

Typical train station, but it could be a little bigger since there are a lot of tourists here. And what I especially don't like is the fee for using toilet
The train station is small and simple, but we had zero issues getting to and from Milan. It was very easy. This train station is a bit of a hike from the Lake Como ferry, just as a fair warning.
The train station is located near the town , the way to town and the lake is very simple by walk .
The train staff is very helpful
Arrived to Como from Tirano using 3 different connections to get here. A pretty busy station with lot of train traffic. After a days stay in Como, we took a train to Zurich from here. Interestingly they don't have any boards indicating train comes to which platform, we almost missed our train, boards were in the underground walkway. After getting used to Swiss trains and stations it was little overwhelming here to find information on platforms ahead of time. However station itself is clean has a cafe and convenience store.
Rather small station. Located over a high area so it is difficult to walk to it from the town centre. Staff are nice and speak English. The Lake is very beautiful and worth visiting.
Simple train trip from Milan for an easy day sight seeing.
